The State of Nevada, Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Healthcare Financing and Policy (DHCFP) has contracted with Comagine Health to establish and maintain an Internet website that includes the information about the charges imposed and the quality of the services provided by the hospitals and surgical centers for ambulatory patients in this State as required by the programs established pursuant to NRS 439A.220 and 439A.240.

Comagine Health does not share, sell or trade your personal information with any other organizations, groups or entities. We may collect information from health care providers who opt to participate in quality improvement programs funded by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), an agency of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. In such cases, Comagine Health may be required to share that information with CMS.

Using server access logs, Comagine Health tracks the IP addresses of visitors to its website and the content that they access/view and download.
