In fulfillment of NRS 439A.270, health information for Nevada hospitals and ambulatory surgical centers is provided to the public through this public transparency website.

In fulfillment of NRS 439A.083, public input and feedback is requested to review and streamline statutes, regulations and standards governing the approval, and licensing or certification of health facilities. The Nevada Department of Health and Human Services is in the process of removing any statutes that do not provide significant public benefit.
